End Line Evaluation for Sustainable Livelihood for Marginalized Communities (SLMC) Project at Gobindhaganj, Gaibandha.

Activities performed: ● Designed the end-line evaluation framework and data collection tools in line with the project objectives and indicators. ● Reviewed project documents, progress data, and monitoring records to assess overall project performance. ● Conducted quantitative and qualitative data collection with project participants, community members, and relevant stakeholders. ● Assessed changes in livelihoods, income opportunities, and resilience among marginalized communities in the target area. ● Evaluated the project’s effectiveness in achieving its intended results and improving beneficiary conditions. ● Analyzed end line findings against baseline information and expected outcomes. ● Identified key lessons learned, implementation challenges, and good practices from the project. Prepared the end-line evaluation report with findings, conclusions, and practical recommendations.
